The Center of Islamic Civilization has been included in the Guinness World Records.

On April 13, the Center of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent was entered into the Guinness World Records as the largest museum of Islamic civilization. This was reported by the “Dunyo” news agency.

The complex was built on a 10-hectare site within the Hazrati Imam complex. The building consists of three floors, with a length of 161 meters, a width of 118 meters, and a dome reaching a height of 65 meters. Its total area exceeds 42,000 square meters. The center includes a large exhibition hall, a conference hall with 550 seats, a library, and scientific research centers. It also houses the Uthman Mushaf along with 114 rare Quran manuscripts from different historical periods.

The center has also been highly praised by international publications and has been recognized as one of the most anticipated museums in the world in 2026. Its establishment is an initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, aimed at deeply studying and widely promoting the rich heritage of Islamic civilization.
