The birth rate in Uzbekistan continues to decrease📉

The permanent population of Uzbekistan reached 37,355,400. But despite this, the birth ratecontinues to decrease. According to the results of 9 months, births in Uzbekistan decreased by 3.2% and amounted to 693,897 people. In the same period last year, 716,885 births were registered.

The decline in birth rates is observed most in cities. The highest birth rate corresponds to Surkhandarya, and the lowest to Karakalpakstan. The death toll has increased to 13,167.
