The Ministry of Agriculture of Tajikistan has released data on the progress of the cotton harvest plan in the republic

Information was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic.

It is noted that the plan has already been completed by 52%.

Thus, about 223 thousand tons of cotton were gained in Tajikistan.

“About 166 thousand tons were collected in Khatlon, 55 thousand in Sogd, and over 1.7 thousand tons in the RRP,” the ministry stated.

It is emphasized that in 2023, cotton growers are tasked with collecting 430 thousand tons of cotton.
