The Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Doha met with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar

The Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Doha, Myratgeldi Seyitmammedov, met on Sunday, November 12, with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi.
At the meeting, current relations and prospects for cooperation between the two countries were discussed, reports the Department of Media and Communications of the Qatari Foreign Ministry.
Ambassador Seyitmammedov officially assumed the position of head of the diplomatic mission in Qatar in August 2023, presenting his credentials to Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
This year, the two countries have charted a course to intensify bilateral and multilateral cooperation: for example, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov visited Doha in March, during which a Turkmen embassy was opened.
