Amendments and additions to the Law "On Voluntary Activities" were made by the law signed by the President

The Youth Affairs Agency under the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports is a specially authorized state body in the field of volunteering.

Agency:

participates in the implementation of state policy in the field;
develops and implements drafts of regulatory legal documents;
makes suggestions on improving the legislation.
The competences of the executive authorities of the Republic in the field of voluntary activities have been determined.

Local state authorities were empowered to develop drafts of normative legal documents in the field, and to implement state targeted programs.

The law shall enter into force from the date of its official announcement.
