In Las Vegas, USA, the accused attacked the judge because he refused to grant probation. He jumped right on top of the judge in the hall and hit him in the head with the flag. According to the Las Vegas District Court, the judge was injured and taken to the hospital. One of the employees who tried to stop the accused was also injured.
