The Accounts Chamber will appeal to the Prosecutor General's Office in connection with BTA

At the next meeting of the board, held at the Accounts Chamber chaired by Vugar Gyulmammadov, the audit report on the results of the audit of the management of state funds and property for the Baku Transport Agency and subordinate institutions under the work plan for 2023 was discussed.

According to the report, taking into account the likelihood of the presence of elements of a crime in the identified offenses, it was decided to send the relevant materials based on the results of the audit to the Prosecutor General's Office in accordance with Article 26.2 of the Law on the Accounts Chamber.

Then, the meeting discussed and approved the programs related to the audits provided for in the work plan for 2023, as well as reviewed the current issues on the agenda related to functional activities.
