Texas Floods: Death toll rises

At least 78 people have died in flooding in the US state of Texas, triggered by heavy rains and swollen rivers since July 4. 28 of the victims are children.
According to officials, 41 people are missing. Rescue efforts are ongoing. Officials said the death toll could rise further.
