Telegram opens an artificial intelligence laboratory in Kazakhstan

Telegram founder Pavel Durov announced the opening of an artificial intelligence laboratory in Kazakhstan at the Digital Bridge 2025 Forum in Astana. New center Alem.ai settling in the building, he works on technologies that combine blockchain and neurotarmacs.
During the Forum, Durov met with Kazakh President Kasim-Jomart Tukayev to discuss cooperation in cybersecurity, education and artificial intelligence.
