Teenagers hijack subway train in New York

On January 25, unknown individuals hijacked a subway train in New York for fun. A group of teenage boys entered the driver's cabin of a train parked near the Forest Hills-71st Avenue station in Brooklyn and independently turned on the train controls. They did not limit themselves to riding the subway, but also damaged the surveillance cameras inside the cars. When the trip was over, the teenagers left the train and disappeared in an unknown direction. It is not known how long the guys drove the train and how far they drove it. In the video footage that was distributed on social networks, you can see the train moving at high speed. According to the New York Police Department, the train was abandoned on a backup track in Queens. The reserve track is used to store trains when they are not in use. The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTB) said that train R 9108 was left unattended by the department's staff. When the staff returned, they found that the train had been moved from its original location.
