Teachers in Uzbekistan extended their vacation to 56 days

According to the government's decision, the norms for the duration of annual leave for teaching staff have been approved. Now the working leave of school teachers is 56 days.

Recently, there has been a problem with the definition of school teachers' leave. In particular, teachers who have applied to Kun.uz , complained about the decrease in vacation pay paid during the summer holidays.

The problem was related to the delay in the adoption by the relevant ministries of a regulatory document related to the implementation of the new Labor Code.

According to the new Labor Code, since Sunday is also counted as a vacation (as a result, Sunday is also paid), the number of vacation days and the amount of money paid to teachers has decreased.

Now the authorities have solved the problem of reducing the vacation pay of school teachers.
