Taxi drivers in Dushanbe are gradually switching to electric vehicles

Thus, as part of the implementation of the “Concept for the transition to an electric system of capital passenger transport for 2023-2026,” since January 2023, there have been more than 760 electric vehicles in Dushanbe that perform the function of public transport.

It is noted that this represents 18% of all cars used to provide taxi services.
