The Russian side is invited to take patronage over educational institutions in Tajikistan so that they train personnel for their tasks

The authorities of Tajikistan submitted to Russia a proposal on the process of organizing training in the republic for migrants who want to go to work in the Russian Federation. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Shakhnoza Nodiri at the presentation ceremony of the strategy for regulating migration processes in the country for the period up to 2040, Sputnik Tajikistan correspondent reports.

"We held a meeting of a separate working group to open a special base on the basis of our lyceums for training personnel in demand for the Russian labor market," she said.

According to her, the Russian side is invited to take patronage over educational institutions in Tajikistan so that they train personnel for their tasks. In Tajikistan, they believe that if the initiative is implemented, such educational institutions will be able to issue diplomas recognized in the two countries. In addition, training should be conducted according to the Russian methodology. Shakhnoza Nodiri said that 60 lyceums of the republic are suitable for these tasks.

"As pilot sites, we proposed three - construction in Dushanbe, tourism and clothing," she said.

This proposal is part of an agreement to recruit Tajik citizens to work in Russia.

Tajik lyceums will prepare labor migrants for work in Russia

Cooperation agreements have already been signed in Dushanbe. On their basis, on the basis of lyceums, there will be control of those leaving for the Russian Federation on the basis of the organizational recruitment according to the specialty declared by them. Recall that the representative office of the Multifunctional Migration Center of Moscow opened in Dushanbe in November 2022. It helps to establish interaction between labor migrants and employers in the capital of the Russian Federation and the region.
