Tajikistan does not question the actions of the Russian Federation in the migration sphere

Basic human rights must be respected when checking migrants, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan emphasized

In Tajikistan, they do not question the correctness of the actions of the power structures of Russia, carried out with the aim of streamlining migration processes.

This was stated during a press conference by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Sirojiddin Muhriddin.

"Given the high level of our multilateral ties with the Russian Federation, there can be no place for pressure," he stressed.

As Sirojiddin Muhriddin noted, "our side does not question the correctness of the actions of the Russian authorities."

At the same time, the head of the Foreign Ministry drew attention to the fact that when holding such events, the basic rights of migrants should be respected.

"We constantly urge the citizens of Tajikistan to live and work in Russia strictly within the framework of the law," he concluded.

The Ministry of Labor of Tajikistan has created groups to solve the problems of migrants in the Russian Federation

Recall that from March to June in Russia there were mass checks of foreign citizens for compliance with migration laws.
