Representatives of Tajikistan and Iran decided to establish a working group on bilateral cooperation between universities
Tajikistan and Iran intend to expand cooperation in the fields of education and science.
Such expectations were voiced during the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Health of Tajikistan with the head of the Shiraz Medical University.
The event was held online, IRNA reported.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the development of joint cooperation in the field of education, healthcare and medicine.
Representatives of the two countries decided to establish a working group on bilateral cooperation between the international representative of the Shiraz Medical University and the Ministry of Health of Tajikistan.
Thus, it will be possible to carry out the necessary coordinated actions to expand educational and scientific cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by the rector of the Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali Ibn Sino.

Earlier it was reported that a delegation from Voronezh State University visited the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University.
Representatives of the two universities also raised the issue of a double-degree master's program in the departments where they study economics and management, as well as a specialty: economic security and customs.
