Tajik athletes start at the Universiade in China

The national team of Tajikistan has already arrived in the Chinese city, where Chengdu 2021 FISU Word University Games will be held from July 29 to August 1

Tajik athletes are preparing to take part in prestigious competitions.

Thus, the Tajik team plans to start at the Universiade in China.

This was reported by the press service of the Judo Federation of the Republic.

The Tajik team has already arrived in the city of Chengdu, where Chengdu 2021 FISU Word University Games will be held from July 29 to August 1.

For medals from the republic are going to fight:

Shahboz Saidaburorov (60 kg);

Shodmon Rizoev (81 kg);

Ulugbek Rakhimov (100 kg);

Mansur Rahmon (100 kg).

Recall that the competition was supposed to take place in 2021. However, the organizers had to postpone them for almost 2 years due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Tajik juniors are ready to go to the Asian Judo Cup

Earlier it was reported that Tajik athletes will take part in the open Asian Judo Cup among cadets and juniors in Tashkent.

The Judo Federation of Tajikistan will send 33 juniors and 49 cadets to the tournament.
