Super SIM card has been introduced
China Mobile has announced its CC2560A "super SIM card", the world's first RISC-V SIM card. CC2560A is equipped with a 32-bit processor that improves the quality of communication and internet speed, and its flash memory is 10 times larger than that of ordinary SIM cards, i.e. its size is 2.5 MB.
The Super SIM card supports hardware encryption technologies, 5G and 5.5G, and operates in temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃.
