Subsidies are paid to those who employ persons who have returned from working abroad

According to the presidential decree, starting from June 1, 2024, employers who employ persons who have returned from working abroad will be paid a subsidy of 500,000 soums per month for each employee for 12 months.

An employment contract concluded with a person who has returned from working abroad and registered in the Unified National Labor System is considered the basis for subsidy payment.

Citizens who are registered in the labor migration electronic software complex "Work Abroad" and are going on organized labor migration:

to cover expenses related to passing foreign language and professional qualification exams, provided that they are successfully passed and a certificate is obtained up to 3 times of BHM;

Up to 5 times of BHM for expenses related to the issuance of a "Working visa";

Compensation is paid in the amount of up to 2 times of BHM for a traffic ticket.

The subsidy is not paid to budget organizations, state enterprises, and legal entities with a state share of 50 percent or more in the authorized capital.
