Students Will Be Able to Secure Jobs Before Graduation

Students will now be able to secure a job while still studying and start working immediately after graduation. Under the new government regulation, bachelor’s degree students from the second year onward may reserve a workplace during their studies.

To do this, a tripartite agreement is signed between the student, the higher education institution, and the employer company. The contract costs are covered by the employer. After successfully completing their studies, the student will be automatically hired.

Employer companies participating in the program must have at least 50 employees or be owners of a project worth at least USD 1 million.

Students must submit their applications by September 20 each year and have a GPA of at least 3. The selection process will be conducted through interviews by October 15, with the main criterion being the employer’s assessment. Entrepreneurs who hire graduates under this program will be eligible for preferential loans of up to 5 billion soums.
