A schoolboy met with the mayor of Almalyk, Qobil Hamdamov, at the Youth Day event in the city, and spoke about his problems and suggestions. He asked the mayor for a minute to be the mayor:
"I am one of the talented young people in Almalyk. We are talking about 300 dreams right now. Can we make one of these dreams come true? Can I be your mayor for a minute?"
The mayor accepted the offer and gave the student the opportunity to lead for a minute. But after just a few questions and requests, he realized how heavy the responsibility of leadership is.
