Student protests in France: 440 people arrested.

Protests by high school students in France regarding educational conditions and shortages of teachers and resources are continuing.
On September 29, various actions and blockades were reported at 338 educational institutions across the country; 45 of these were completely blocked.
French Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez announced that 440 people were arrested that day, the majority of whom were minors. Forty-eight police officers were injured, while at least 10 education staff members and several students also sustained injuries.
Clashes between protesters and police, school blockades, and various other disturbances occurred in some areas. University students are also joining the protests.
