On August 23, in colony No. 19 in the Volgograd region of Russia, prisoners stormed in order to take revenge for the "Muslim brothers" who were arrested in connection with the terrorist attack in "Crocus City Hall". Prisoners suspected of being affiliated with the ISIS terrorist group took the colony's employees hostage that day. A total of eight people died as a result of the accident.
Four people originally from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan took part in the attack: 28-year-old Ramzindin Toshev and Nazirjon Toshov, 23-year-old Rustamjon Navroziy and 29-year-old Temur Husinov. Captured prisoners were destroyed.
