Special coins to be issued in honor of Uzbekistan's participation in the 2026 World Cup
The Central Bank is issuing a limited number of commemorative coins dedicated to Uzbekistan's participation in the 2026 World Cup. Starting from June 18, 100 gold and 1,000 silver coins with a fineness of 999.9 will be available for sale in branches of commercial banks. The design of the coins features the logo of the Football Association of Uzbekistan, the inscription "Historical victory. Uzbekistan at the World Cup - 2026" and the national team's symbol "White Wolves". The price of a 31.1-gram gold coin is set at 54.56 million soums, and the price of a silver coin is set at 1.69 million soums.
