According to Elon Musk, SpaceX plans to carry out interstellar travel to introduce humanity to extraterrestrial civilizations. He wants to make “Star Trek” a reality. In Musk’s view, what seems like science fiction today will become a scientific fact in the future.
Previously, it was reported that SpaceX is developing dome-shaped habitats and spacesuits for living on Mars, and doctors are studying the possibility of children being born on the Red Planet. Although Musk initially planned to colonize Mars, he is now aiming to establish contact with extraterrestrials.
Elon Musk plans to send one million people to Mars by 2050 and create numerous job opportunities. The billionaire announced that the first flight of the Starship spacecraft to Mars will take place at the end of 2026. If the mission of the humanoid Optimus robots is successful, the first humans could land on Mars in 2029.
