Spa salon involved in sexual exploitation of young women exposed in Tashkent

A criminal group operating under the guise of a spa salon in Tashkent has been apprehended; the group recruited young women with promises of employment but subsequently forced them to provide sexual services.

According to preliminary information, the suspects forcibly detained two young women at the salon, subjected them to violence, and compelled them to provide sexual services to clients. A special raid revealed that seven other young women were also engaged in prostitution. During the operation, the suspects were caught red-handed while accepting 320 US dollars and 6,250,000 soums.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 135, Part 2 of the Criminal Code (human trafficking). An investigation is currently underway.
