Small aircraft to be produced in Navoi

A memorandum on the production of unmanned aerial vehicles was signed between the Directorate of the Navoi FEZ and the Russian company Pervoye opytno-konstruktorskoye byuro. The project cost is $30 million. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to produce 100 aircraft in the Navoi FEZ over the next 3 years. The first aircraft will be presented in October 2025. The manufactured aircraft are planned to be exported abroad in addition to the domestic market.

The SP-30 light, 2-seater aircraft manufactured by the Pervoye opytno-konstruktorskoye byuro are mainly intended for agricultural, training and tourist flights. Such aircraft have a power of 100 horsepower and reach speeds of up to 150 km/h.
