Shopping carts fall off escalator at Russian mall, injuring woman

A security guard at a shopping mall in Chelyabinsk tried to move supermarket carts down an escalator. However, the carts spun out of control and fell rapidly, hitting a female shopper. The woman was injured.
An investigation is underway into the incident.
