On April 9 of this year, the president visited Amir Temur Alley in the capital and laid a wreath at the monument to the great commander Amir Temur. In accordance with the decision of the head of state, from now on, April will be celebrated annually in our country as Amir Temur Month. In this framework, a special “roadmap” is being developed until 2030, aimed at in-depth study of the history of the Timurid era and wide promotion of scientific research. It is also planned to update, digitize and create a new exposition of the State Museum of Timurid History in accordance with modern requirements by the end of the year. Currently, on the occasion of the 690th anniversary of the birth of Amir Temur, a prestigious international conference dedicated to Amir Temur and the Timurid Renaissance is being organized in the capital.
