Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke at the summit of the Organization of Turkic States

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev spoke at the summit of the Organization of Turkic States. In his speech, Mirziyoyev made a number of important proposals. 

Shavkat Mirziyoyev stressed that humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people should not be weakened and that a stable situation in Afghanistan is important for the entire region. In addition, the head of state proposed to establish a Council of Railway Administrations and place the directorate of this structure in Uzbekistan, as well as to develop a Charter of the Turkic world.
