Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed from Japan for Russia

The official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to Japan has come to an end.
The parties held comprehensive discussions on expanding practical cooperation and multifaceted relations in the political, trade and economic, investment, as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Following the summit, the Tokyo Declaration was adopted.

After completing the events in Japan, the President of Uzbekistan departed for the Russian Federation on a working visit to take part in the upcoming meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the informal summit of the leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States, to be held in Saint Petersburg.

At Haneda International Airport, the high-ranking guest was seen off by Member of the Japanese Parliament Muneo Suzuki, Deputy Foreign Minister Osuru Tetsuya, and other officials.
