Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulates the people of Uzbekistan on Constitution Day

Shavkat Mirziyoyev sincerely congratulated the citizens of the country on December 8 - Constitution Day. He especially noted the role of the Constitution in state governance, ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens, and democratic reforms.
The congratulatory message acknowledged the expansion of parliamentary powers in recent years, the strengthening of representative democracy in local councils and khokimiyats.
It was also noted that as a result of social and economic reforms, the population's income, education and health indicators have improved, poverty levels have been reduced, and international rankings have been improved.
