⚡️Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulates media workers on their professional holiday

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev sincerely congratulated journalists, creative and technical workers on June 27 - the Day of Press and Mass Media Workers.
The Head of State emphasized the special importance of media activities in today's complex world and said that much work still needs to be done to form a culture of information, debate and dialogue. He noted that 65 percent of the approximately 2,400 media outlets operating in the republic belong to the non-state sector, and the number of users has reached 32.7 million.
It was also announced that this year the "Golden Pen" national award will be presented for the first time on June 27.
The President noted that appreciating the selfless work of journalists, their constant support will remain a priority of state policy.
