Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded the First Class Order of Manas
On July 30, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev paid an official visit to Kyrgyzstan, where he was awarded the First Class Order of Manas by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
Mirziyoyev described the award as a high recognition of the joint efforts to strengthen friendship, good-neighborly relations, and the alliance between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The Order of Manas is one of Kyrgyzstan’s highest state awards. Established in 1996, it is presented to both Kyrgyz and foreign citizens for their outstanding contribution to strengthening statehood, promoting international cooperation, and fostering peace, friendship, and mutual understanding among nations.
