Shavkat Mirziyoyev Arrives in Korea for a State Visit

Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by his spouse, has arrived in the Republic of Korea for a state visit. Upon his arrival in Seoul, the President met with compatriots living and studying in the country. During the conversation, they exchanged views on their studies, work, and future plans.
Wishing the compatriots success, the Head of State expressed confidence that the knowledge and experience gained in Korea would contribute to Uzbekistan's future development.

It is reported that during this three-day visit, the Head of State will hold talks with the President of Korea. Meetings are also scheduled with the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, heads of major companies and financial institutions, and Uzbek citizens residing in Korea.

Furthermore, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will deliver a speech at the Uzbekistan-Korea Business Forum. On September 16, he will participate in the inaugural "Central Asia – Republic of Korea" summit. Days of Uzbek Culture will also be held in the Korean capital and other cities as part of the visit.
