Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Emmanuel Macron will hold talks in Samarkand

At the invitation of Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, French President Emmanuel Macron will pay an official visit to the country on November 1-2. In accordance with the visit program, high-level talks will be held in Samarkand, where issues of further development of multilateral relations between Uzbekistan and France will be considered. The issues of expanding practical cooperation in trade and economy, innovation, investment and cultural and humanitarian spheres will be in the center of attention. The leaders of Uzbekistan and France will also participate in the joint business forum with the participation of leading companies and banking and financial institutions of the two countries. At the end of the summit, it is planned to adopt a number of intergovernmental and inter-agency agreements and a set of trade and investment agreements.
