It has been established that seven students from a vocational technical college in Namangan city forcibly took money, watches, and phones belonging to four other students. A video capturing the incident circulated on social media.
Reportedly, the incident occurred on September 19 in the "Dashtbog" neighborhood. Seven first-year students from Vocational Technical College No. 2 were involved.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, no one sustained physical injuries during the incident. The identities of all individuals shown in the video have been established.
The Investigation Department of the Namangan City Internal Affairs Directorate has initiated a criminal case regarding the incident, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
