Sergio Mattarella's official visit to Uzbekistan has begun

The main events of the official visit of the Italian President to our country are beginning. Today, on November 10, the President of the Republic of Italy Sergio Mattarella and his daughter Laura Mattarella, accompanied by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, visited the "New Uzbekistan" park and laid flowers at the base of the Independence Monument. High-ranking guests got acquainted in detail with the architectural solutions of the complex and the essence and features of its composition. This complex, which includes the most important events from the ancient history of our country to the present day, over a period of 3,000 years, made a great impression on the members of the Italian delegation. It is worth noting that it has become a tradition for guests visiting our country to get acquainted with this magnificent complex, which was built on the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
