Sergeli Car Market, Farhadskiy, O‘rikzor, and Qo‘yliq markets put up for sale
A total of 35 markets, shopping complexes, and their branches in Tashkent will be offered through public auctions. The decision is outlined in President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s decree on additional measures for the socio-economic development of Tashkent for 2026–2027.
According to the decree, Toshkent Invest Kompaniyasi JSC will act as the contracting authority for the auctions. The company will prepare a business development project for each property before it is put up for sale.
The plans also include the construction of modern eco-markets, retail and service centers, entertainment complexes, and multi-storey parking facilities on the market sites.
