School principal in the US neutralizes armed attacker
Principal Kirk Moore prevented a tragedy by neutralizing an armed attacker at a school in the US state of Oklahoma.
A 20-year-old former student entered the school with two semi-automatic pistols and threatened students. He tried to shoot several times, but missed the target. At that moment, the principal rushed to the attacker, knocked him down and, together with his assistants, captured him. During the confrontation, the principal was wounded in the leg and was hospitalized.
The attacker was arrested. He was charged with attempted murder and weapons offenses.
