Scholarships, dormitories, and transportation expenses will be covered for those entering foreign universities

On May 5, a meeting with the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev considered proposals to support young people's education abroad.
Now, candidates who have entered universities in the TOP-100 in international rankings on a grant basis will be awarded the "El-yurt umidi" scholarship without exams.
In addition, international transportation and accommodation expenses will be covered without exams for those who have entered universities in the TOP-300 on a grant basis. Graduates of Presidential schools who have been accepted to bachelor's degrees in the TOP-20 universities on a 50% grant basis will be awarded scholarships without competitions.
It is noted that a council of parents of scholarship holders of the "El-yurt umidi" foundation will be established in order to maintain constant communication with Uzbeks studying abroad, identify their needs, and assist them in their educational processes. Embassies and consulates are tasked with providing legal and organizational support to students.
