Sanjar Karimov Has Not Yet Donated the “Controversial House” to the Orphanage

Earlier, popular blogger and entrepreneur Sanjar Karimov, who had purchased the house involved in the fraud case of a “deceptive fiancé,” announced that he was donating the $240,000 property to an orphanage.

However, according to the Social Protection Agency, Karimov has not yet provided notarized documents confirming the transfer of ownership.

The agency reported that on October 24, Karimov visited the institution and expressed his intention to donate the house free of charge, but the director reminded him that orphanages are state-funded facilities and that official paperwork is required to formalize such a donation.

As of now, the house has not been officially transferred, and the donation will only be recognized once all documents are properly processed.
