Saida Mirziyoyeva delivered a speech at the UN.

Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, addressed the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, speaking on global security, international cooperation, Central Asia, and reforms within Uzbekistan.
Highlighting the rising prevalence of wars, geopolitical tensions, and inequality in today’s world, she stated that Uzbekistan is pursuing a path of openness, good neighborly relations, and international dialogue.

Saida Mirziyoyeva also addressed the need for UN reform: "We need a UN that is capable not only of making decisions but also of implementing them. We need a UN where the voice of every nation is heard."
She announced Uzbekistan’s support for expanding the UN Security Council and its bid for a non-permanent seat on the Council for the 2035–2036 term.
The speech also focused on issues such as cooperation in Central Asia, Afghanistan, the Aral Sea region, climate change, artificial intelligence, and human rights.

Emphasizing that human dignity lies at the heart of reforms in Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva outlined the changes implemented in the country’s economy, education, and social sectors. She also noted that artificial intelligence and digital technologies must develop in accordance with the principles of human rights, security, and equal opportunities.

In her concluding remarks, Saida Mirziyoyeva expressed Uzbekistan's readiness to contribute to building a world where peace, solidarity, trust, and human dignity are paramount.
