Sadyr Zhaparov told about another helicopter. It was repaired by Uzbekistan

Sadyr Zhaparov on his Facebook page showed the helicopter repaired by Uzbekistan. He expressed gratitude to Shavkat Mirziyoyev for this helicopter.

"In accordance with the agreement reached by the presidents of the two countries, in 2021, fraternal Uzbekistan provided Kyrgyzstan with a MI-8MTV military helicopter as a gratuitous humanitarian aid, which was accepted by our specialists of the Air Force.

After that, one of the same helicopters in the Kyrgyz military aircraft fleet was handed over to the state-owned Chirchik Aviation Repair Plant of Uzbekistan for major repairs.

The Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan fully undertook the repair work. And recently, the relevant structures of Uzbekistan reported that our helicopter was fully repaired and equipped.

Specialists of our Ministry of Defense took the helicopter and delivered it on the routes Chirchik-Osh, Osh - Bishkek, saying that the aircraft is fully ready to perform its work.
