President Sadr Japarov announced on June 30 that he would leave the capsule at the construction site of the city of Asman. He stated this at the opening of a new park in Cholpon-Ata.

According to him, it took 1.5 years to prepare the documentation and the project.

“From 500,000 to 700,000 people will live in the city of the future. The total area of the city is 4 thousand hectares. The construction will be financed by foreign investors - foreign companies," he said.
