A Russian citizen drowned in the sea in Baku.
According to Report, the incident occurred on July 16 on the beach in the village of Bilgah, Sabunchu district of the capital.
Yuri Kuznetsov born in 1979 drowned while swimming in the sea with his friend and her son.
The fact is being investigated.
