Russia asked for an explanation about the teacher hitting the student in Tashkent

A video of a Russian language teacher hitting a student who retaliated from the first day of work in Tashkent spread on social networks and caused discussions. This situation attracted the attention of the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova, and Moscow asked Tashkent for an explanation. Maria Zakharova said that Russia has asked Uzbekistan to make a legal assessment of the incident and to take measures against the perpetrator of cruelty to the child.
"We will keep this issue in the center of our attention," said Zakharova.
