Intel News reports that the Russian government, which is waging a sanctions war with the West, has officially approved the list of more than 30 "friendly" and neutral countries.

Friendly banks and brokers are also included in the list, and they are given the right to freely trade in the Russian currency market and derivatives market. The document, which is important in the world of international finance, was signed by the Prime Minister of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin, and has now been made public on the government's official website.

The list includes traditional allies and various countries that have taken a neutral position towards Russia, as well as renounced the regime of international sanctions.

These include former Soviet republics such as Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

African countries, including Algeria, Morocco and the Republic of South Africa, are also on the list. The Kremlin maintains good Soviet-era relations with these countries. African countries hope to get metal, minerals, grain, oil, nuclear technology and weapons from Moscow. The second Russia-Africa summit held in St. Petersburg at the end of July was attended by more countries than the first summit held in 2019, despite US warnings to stay away from Moscow. Russia has taken important steps to "strengthen support" for African countries, the actions of the West in this regard, especially the actions of France, which is being pushed from one country to another due to its colonial attitude, are unstable, according to the publication.

Russia has also successfully expanded its influence in Asia, South America and the Middle East as part of the BRICS+ project, as well as strengthened relations with other major oil producers of the world.
