President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev sent a letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of May 28 - Independence Day.
Report informs, the letter says:
"Dear Mr. President!
On the occasion of the national holiday of your country - Independence Day, I ask you to accept sincere congratulations, wishes of peace and prosperity to the Azerbaijani people.
Allow me to express satisfaction with the intensive development of long-term relations of friendship and fruitful cooperation between our countries and peoples.
The national holiday of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a pleasant opportunity to confirm the high appreciation of the excellent bilateral relations between our countries, which have risen to the level of strategic partnership, and wish them dynamic development in the future.
Dear Mr. President, I wish you good health and success in your highest state activities, I ask you to accept the assurances of the highest respect."
