Roof Collapse at Turon Metro Station
On July 16, part of the roof structure at Tashkent’s “Turon” metro station collapsed, leaving two passengers with minor injuries. According to “Tashkent Metro,” train services at the station have been temporarily suspended to ensure safety. Experts are investigating the cause of the incident and working to fix the issues. To ease passenger travel, free metro buses have been arranged between “Qipchoq” and “Quruvchilar” stations.
