Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo made history by scoring a goal against Uzbekistan.
The 41-year-old striker became the first player to score in six consecutive World Cup tournaments. He previously scored in 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018 and 2022. His total number of goals in the World Cup reached 10.
Ronaldo shared his thoughts after the match against Uzbekistan (5:0): "Records are nice, but my main goal is to help my national team achieve its goals," said the Portuguese player.
